Understanding the magnificent concept of time management

How do we understand time and use that to our advantage?

Understanding how to make time work on your side and why time management is crucial in overall life is essential. That is exactly what the time assessment workbook that I just did a few days ago in one of my graduate level courses at Quinnipiac University taught me. That workbook helped me to understand how I differentiate my time and how many hours are actually in the week and how I utilize those hours to the best of my ability.

That workbook showed me how I use my hours in my week and how I can potentially cut back on certain things like being on social media and putting that time into certain other activities that I do enjoy and will benefit me more. That assignment for that class showed me how I could be doing more deep work and getting more creative in other aspects of my work and life.

That assignment showed me why I need to prioritize certain things over other things and how important it is to understand what is most important and meaningful to me in my life. There were categories in that workbook that I would not even have recognized if I was doing something like that alone by myself. I think overall that assignment showed me that thinking deeper and dispersing time into other categories of my life is quintessential to my success for the last few semester I have in college and for the rest of my professional career.

I now realize and understand that I want to be able to focus more on and what I want to put more hours and effort into instead of just keeping my hours the same. Learning to engage in deep thought and deep work will allow me to better myself in so many different ways.

Time management will always be a significant and extraordinary concept in my life and it is important to understand this concept. This assignment I have explained about in this blog post has shown be exactly why this concept of time is crucial.
